Natalensis sclerotia clone. Doesn’t look like any tamp or mexicana myc I’ve ever seen, but I probably haven’t seen as much as some of you. Seems awful dense.

I'm not the most experienced with those species(or nats), but I've seen tamp/mexi myc that looks like that. Letting it grow out more will give a better idea IMO.

Thanks MJ, this will be shared far and wide no doubt. We have a decent local yet private community, there are a few different mush that we share and isolate, should be a few things to share soon.

After looking at my tamp and RA plates and my nat ones...the myc coming off those stones sure looks like tamp myc to me. We'll see I guess.
Here's my first nat tub. I see some knots forming down amongst all the fluff!...

No, got it from a buddy in the UK, I’m not sure if he made the print from his own grow or if he got it from someone else. Had it almost a year before I worked with it but grew nats successfully from it twice prior, and two other tubs that were concurrent with this grow.

Received some rolled stones and they'll be finding a plate or two later today.

Yea sorry if they got squished in the mail, should still work fine. I couldn’t justify parcels with how many I sent out at $7 each.

Oh OK. I printed tamps and nats in the same box once (OG print tek), but I was pretty sure I didn't give those out because I wasn't sure if they'd cross-contaminate.

If it is hot where you live, make sure to bury your spent Nat substrate outdoors. They seem to love the heat. I buried some with a little straw and compost, and now that it has been over 90f with high humidity, it is finally fruiting faster than the slugs can eat them. Excited to see what some outdoor Nats look like.

Nah squashed is fine, it doesn't appear to have disturbed the seal. You could even just roll them first and avoid the industrial process...

So I’m thinking my sub didn’t have trich after all, it was just the sub bruising a blue/green color since I dont see any trich-green after this flush…
Tub full of blueish green snakes, i’m pretty happy with it

Also anyone seen these rust spots? is it possible mold or something else…?
