Bought a found iPhone 11, Found 'iPhone Locked to Owner,' any idea to open phone?
Online I see that some services offer program to download that will clean phone, yet, all those services are not compatible to this iOS, which maybe the newest update.
Any idea?

You might be able to perform a full device restore by following the instructions on this page under the heading "How to enter DFU mode..."

The phone is in SetUp, "Hello" is on screen when first turn on. Then, connect to WIFi and goes to page "iPhone Locked to Owner," and to unlock, has first letter to original owner iCloud address and asks for iCloud address and password. I not original owner and can't figure that.
I contacted Apple. Nothing they can do.
As read of, the phone locked to account until is taken off their iCloud. There is no way for me to contact original owner and there is no way for me to bypass, well, there looks to be a computer program for Windows that says can do of this, yet, I don't have Windows program as use Mac.
Thinking could rent a Windows operating computer and try my luck with that program as a YouTube video shows does work correctly.
Any know of else way?
iPhone shops, and such won't unlock as not their business to bypass the Apple software to phone.
I put phone onto Craigslist as "Bought Found Phone," and got few trying to say this one theirs with guess to first letter of iCloud address, as that is visible on screen to unlock, one trying to say it is theirs couldn't guess correct letter to address.
