First pic is pan trop the second is pan cyan Australian. But that being said this is my first pan grow and I'm afraid these are contaminated. Can anyone help me identify and or advise me on salvaging this. And please dont be ducks I did say it's my first try.

I would say yes that's contaminated. Pics with normal lighting would help.

That's mold. Probably from improperly pasteurized substrate and/or dirty grain spawn. And yes TwisedZombie66 - having uncovered grain spawn does invite contamination but isn't a guarantee of it. Bottom line there is to always be sure to cover your grain. It's easy to do and does help reduce your contamination odds.

I'm trying wild bird seed now will use ms syringe then spawn to jiffy mix plus cow poo. Colonize Jars then mix in to pasteurized jiffy poo. Didn't get a chance to case cause it contaminated before sub colonization really took off. I'm a cub vet, but I really wanna tackle pans. If this plan sounds bad. Feel free to put your ideas in. I dont know how to do agar or make a LCD or have the supplies to do so. Just trying to use what I've already invested in for cubes.

I would not suggest using an MS syringe to grain. That will vastly increase your risk of contamination. If all you have is a syringe, use it on agar plates and take transfers until you have a clean culture, then use an agar wedge to knock up some grain spawn jars.
