Question 1: Will/does oxygen rise up in stacked tubs / does CO2 sink? i.e should a higher tub have more or less ventilation or just stick with 2” spaced holes?
Question 2: Stacked tubs again - topmost tub have holes in the lid or not?
CHEERS
It is unfortunately more complicated than that as the colonies, especially while fruiting, will to the best of their ability move air around to their liking. In a sealed environment with no current this means colonies will compete for resources, oxygen in this case. The idea with indoor mushrooms is to reduce the struggle and the fight as much as possible for them.
A small circulation fan in the space will solve both of those concerns.

Question: I've noticed that some people spray their SAB with soapy water and some dont... does it really make that much of a difference, or is it outdated info?

Wet particles dont fly around, soap kills a lot of microbes so it probably doesn't hurt for sure.

Missed this part.
It's worth noting that any given variety can put out a countless number of phenotypes in terms of looks, simply due to genetics.
I didn't use appropriate wording when I mentioned "distinguishable", because with standard varieties of cubensis, such as B+, GT, Cambodian, it's near on impossible to identify a variety.
While many of them DO have common phenotypes, sometimes easily identifiable, they can just as easily put out variable looks making it impossible to tell what's what.
Thanks! Really interesting stuff
Does it mean that, in theory, other species of mushroom could exhibit similar levels of diversity of phenotypes if they were as heavily studied and farmed? Or is there something unique about cubes and genetic diversity (or environmental adaptability or whatever).

I just got some all-in-one 2 lb. Bags, delivered today. I'm new to growing and inoculated a few BRF jars few days ago. I'm having a blast! I put like 1cc of spore syringe into each half pint jar. My question is how many ml/cc should I put in these 2 lb all-in-one bags?
Picture for reference:

Thanks!

I would save your all-in-ones for lc if you practice with agar. Would hate to see you waste money shooting spores in those. Mush luck!

Thanks. I just read it. It suggested to use agar to first get a uncontaminated specim and make LC or put agar to grain.
Right now my only goal is to get my first successful colonization. Money is not much of a issue. I did make some BRF jars a few days ago. But there is something I don't understand. What is the difference of inoculating a BRF jar and a bag of grain with a inoculation port? They both seem to be "higher risk." I will definitely move on to agar after my first successful yield.

This is probably a silly question, but do completely white pins indicate a possibility of an albino or maybe just paler than average phenotype? Or does this sometimes happen and they darken as they grow.
Got some B+ in PF jars that started pinning before birth, and the pins are milky white.

@smellyhobbit I've wondered this too, I've had white caps grow attached to brown caps in the same clusters!

I'm thinking could be leucistic traits if the spores are still dark colored. I'd definitely clone it either way.
