I'm slow cooking some pork ribs tomorrow in honey bbq sauce

I'll have to try that combination (honey bbq & spicy brown mustard)

Mayo, ketchup, & spicy brown mustard blended together with small but equal dashes of honey bbq, teriyaki sauce, & Worcestershire sauce stirred into it.

Makes for a nice rub for grilling chicken with.

It’s simple to make but also really tasty.  It also goes by some name in the Carolinas but I can’t remember it rn.  Some rendition of a classic Mayo/ketchup/mustard wet rub.

Idk how it would be on ribs as I largely stopped eating red meat when I started using the combo. Please report back.

That wet rub sounds like something I would make up TBA. :awesomenod: I approve. It actually sounds really similar to my fish sauce. Only I use soy sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce.

That is essentially what I usually use, but preferably with some smoky flavours too. Lately though I've been leaning toward an aioli for things like burgs n sandos. It's simply less messy, and more refined. The gentleman's condiment.. putting everything together in a bowl

Also Worcestershire sauce is overrated.

If I am going for honey I go for Mikes Hot Honey. Frank's makes one that is good too. I find a lot of BBQ to be too sweet.

Spicy brown mustard is the way to go.

I like mixing Capsicum chinense with more mild hot sauces to make unique flavor profiles.

I'm too poor to afford salt.

You guys really need to check your privilege.

big salt is a huge conspiracy, they don't want you to know you make your own iodine:
