I Try to understand my mistakes

This is few first attempts with agar. I've got few questions:
1. PenisEnvy from swabs, what is this yellow thing? Is this white spot mycelium or mold?

2. This is B+ from my clear liquid culture. Is it pure trichoderma?

I would like to understand why and what happened here Thanks.

the yellow stuff is contamination, the white looks like myc to me. you can definitely try to transfer some, i would, but you’re gonna have to clean it up for sure.
looks like pure contamination on that second plate, your LC isn’t clean if that’s the plate it’s producing. are you working in a still air box or in front of a flowhood? are you making sure the air in your room is settled before working? flame sterilizing your tools? there are a lot of factors

Pic 1 looks like mostly yeast. Can't tell what the white patchy stuff is, but it doesn't look like healthy mycelium growth. At a minimum it's probably meshed with the yeast, so it would be easier to just start a new one vs. trying to clean it.
That LC looks pretty sketch to my eyes. You want fluffy clouds, not silty globules. On the bright side, it looks bacteria free

I've got second culture made from the same swab. All looks white and clean ( i don't have a photo) so i already transferred it.

That's the weird thing because i inoculated the same liquid culture to PF tek and growing good, it's almost ready for fruiting, thats why im surprised.

I've got SAB.

Closed windows, doors, sanitize works space, SAB etc. I think my work technique must be improved. I use propane torch, sterilise needles and scalpel between cultures or LC jars.
