Treasure Coast Looking/Smelling Funky

I have two different monotubs currently in fruiting phase. They took a fairly long time to colonize (14+ days). The reason I am concerned is because of a very faint smell, almost like a pair of damp socks. This smell did not happen with my previous tub and I am concerned that there might me some contamination, but not entirely sure. I used a 1:1 ratio, sub is pasteurized CVG. "Strain" is Treasure Coast. Not entirely sure where I went wrong but something just doesn't seem quite right. I was very meticulous in my sterilization methods and I left the tubs sealed for weeks trying to get them to fully colonize but after one of them started pinning I figured it was time to bring them into fruiting. I just want my mushrooms to be happy and healthy but it's starting to seem as if this particular batch won't turn out quite how I imagined.

I would like to think that you just get whatever you can out of them and hope for the best. What I've read for fuzzy feet is to provide a bit more FAE, so that might help, but the tubs definitely look a little abnormal compared to other grows I've seen. I don't think that's necessarily bad, in fact I think it just provides more information to learn from, but sometimes things happen. I think that smell alone is not the best indicator, and it seems that many of the contaminants people face will still allow you to maybe get a flush, so I say keep it going until things are obviously going south. As is you are getting some mushrooms and that is pretty hype. Good luck!

You got damp by the sounds of it, substrate dripping wet by any chance? Increase FAE, might work out alright.

Looks like wet substrate and poor airflow, but without all of the details that got you to this point its just a guess.

Substrate was at field capacity, only dripped when squeezed. I did hit the walls of the tubs with a nice fine mist when initially putting the sub and colonized grain spawn in, but that's it. Just hoping for the best at this point and trying to learn from this experience so the next one turns out better
