I would love to know what you guys are doing with Gibberellic acid/Gibberellin, or what you've done with these particular chemical compounds.

This is the first time I've seen it mentioned and I try to read quite a bit on the cultivation boards here. There's probably a few folks that have messed with it or at least thought about trying it around here but at this point I'm pretty confident in saying most of us don't use it at all haha. Do you have any expertise with them or anything?

I don't have expertise in growing, but I've been studying mushrooms since late 2017. I'm about to experiment with the compounds soon.

Gibberellic acid isn't used in mushroom cultivation as far as I'm aware, it's for cannabis selfing.

Giberellins were discovered in a fungus that was causing a disease on seedlings. This was probably 100 years ago. The fungus is called Giberella something.
I could be wrong on this one, but I think giberellins like gibberelic acid are still extracted from this fungus.
Gibberellins are a type of hormone (phytohormone). I have used them along with other hormones like auxins (3-IAA, IBA) and cytokinins (from seaweed) on plants.
Using these hormones in varying amounts has interesting results. Think of bodybuilders who take steroids. Bodybuilders can push their body beyond its natural possible physical potential by using anabolic/androgenic steroids. They can get bigger than is naturally possible.
Giberellins have many uses. They is used by both commercial growers and home growers.
GA-3 can be useful for germinating old (and young) seeds. It can be used to increase internodal spacing on fruiting plants like grapes - this forces the grape plant to grow longer vines which allows more room for grapes to grow.
You bring up a great point. I'm interested to hear if anyone has experimented with plant hormones and psilocybe sp. fungi.

Thank you, man! That's a lot of information I didn't know about. I'd love to talk with you some more and we can do experiments together.
