First time agar to grain how do these look? 1

As the title says. Put some agar into grain using a sanitized SAB. Flamed knife before each transfer and cooled in agar. There's been wildly different colonization times between jars. Overall I think slow, it's been 12 days. The two furthest along had half agar wedges and the others 1/4 wedges. I've seen a lot of posts about bacterial jars and my confidence is shaken. How do these look and how long should it take the jars on average. Temps are generally in 70s. The dull horizontal line through the jars is hard water from PC. Jars have synthetic filter discs.
The furthest one along looks mostly colonized, but I'm worried about being bacterial.

The other half wedge

Yeah, theres definitely bacteria action going on there. I see wet grains, spiky growth, uncolonized grains, & abnormal condensation going on. I think the only reason it looks as clean as it does is because it hasn't been shaken yet. You'll have to break it up eventually so you might as well get it over with and see how they recover.

Damn, they all have been shaken already. Not for a little while though. So I should shake again now?

Oh, now I see it looking closer. I never let growth go that far before shaking it up again to try to speed up things.
Yeah, shake it up or those gaps between the growth will take forever to close up if they ever do.

Gave them all a good shake. Is it bad news that the mycelium remained mostly clumped up?
