Hi. I started my first oyster and lions mane grow in bags.
I set both lions mane and oysters to fruit at the same time.
I have put it in a monotub without polyfil for fae and i fan it at least 3 times a day. I also mist the walls of FC.
Lions mane is working fine, bigger each day, but oysters grew nicely for 3 days, now for the last 5 days there is no growth.
I removed a bag of oysters from FC yesterday, but i feel they are now a bit dry at caps. I removed the cluster.
Here is a photo of oysters i removed, if anyone can identify what is the cause by look.
And also a photo of FC i had them in, as well as colonized bag, from which i just removed the cluster.
Humidity is 99% when not fanning and drops to around 80% after 10mins of fanning through holes. Temperature 20-24 celsius.

Oysters need a lot of fresh air (they grow outdoors), how much are you providing?

Like i said, i fan 3 times a day for about 10 mins each. Ive been reading they need tons of fresh air. Is that not enough? Should i leave it outside FC? But then humidity will be pretty low..

They're not going to make it inside that box. I've grown them successfully on my kitchen windowsill and misted them a few times a day when I'm passing through, so you could try that. Next step up (and a minimum really) is a martha with air circulating fan and humidifier.

That's not even close to enough air for oysters. Tent well dialed in or open air is what ya need. The LM look good though, it can be hard to get them enough air as well but those look pretty good so far.
