How long does it take an All American 25x to reach 15 Psi?

TL;DR How long should it take for my autoclave (AA 25x) to reach 15 Psi after exhausting? Takes 35 minutes for my unit.
I just noticed in the manual of my AA 25x, that during the EXHAUSTING steam is supposed to "escape vigorously from the unit for at least 5-7 minutes".
Well my AA doesn't do that, hardly any steam goes out of the vent during EXHAUSTING. So maybe the heating element is getting old? This AA is about 20 years old now, but has hardly been used.
I don't think I've had any problems with sterilization. I can easily reach 15 Psi or higher, takes 35 minutes.
Here is an image from the manual (click for link).

And here is a video of my AA. I let the steam build up to 5 Psi and then opened the vent to exhaust.

35 minutes seems about right for a loaded 25x. My 75x takes about 30 minutes when doing agar or about an hour with 44lbs of grain in it.
Forget what you read in that manual - Those instructions are written for instrument sterilization, not grain sterilization.
Load the 25x with jars/bags, close it up, open valve on lid, turn heater on and wait for steam to come out valve (30-60mins). After 10+ minutes of steam escaping close the lever and let it build pressure. Once it hits 15psi start your timing. When the time is over, just hit the power switch and let it cool on it's own. Do NOT dump the pressure like that or you'll probalby have lots of cleanup to do when your jars/bags explode or the filters get extruded through the lid holes.

Thanks for the reply!
So when you say "wait for steam to come out of valve", are you meaning actual steam? The thing is that there is almost nothing coming out of that valve in my case. Only when I open the PC at maybe 5 Psi I get a slight hiss and some steam... otherwise it's like nothing is happening.
Maybe this is alright, especially since our timings seem similar and I'm able to get the correct pressure. So maybe I should just not worry

It's actual steam, but many times its difficult to see it and you'll just hear the sound of water condensing in the vent tube or the air escaping. Having a built in heating element, it doesn't overheat as easily so you probably won't see super-dense bright white steam coming out.
