Are these tubs to dry? To Mist or Not to Mist

My tubs seem awfully dry and the condensation on the lid/walls is getting less.
First tub grow here, trying to learn this trade
This is how they look now on day 8:

No beading on the surface, some on the walls, but nothing on the lids. And there are no water droplets forming on the mycelium that is popping through my "casing layer". (I added a 1/4" layer of coir/verm on top of my spawn/substrate mix).
The relative humidity in my room is now 36%, which might be a bit low I assume? Temperature is at 23.5C (74F).
Now according to what I've been reading here f.x.:
Proper Surface Moisture / When to Increase FAE
Youtube: Ideal Fruiting and Surface Conditions
then my surface might be way to dry.
My substrate was definately at FC, even a bit to wet if anything. And my spawn looked really good IMO.
So I´m wondering, should I start misting those tubs, or should I just let them be?
Some places talk about not opening your tubs for the first 10 days!!! but I'm a bit skeptical about that advice, the substrate & spawn have been exposed quite a lot to contamination already when I added the spawn to the substrate.

The beads of water that you see on the surface are after full colonization... if you're at proper FC you definitely shouldn't have moisture issues after 8 days

How much spawn to coir did you use?
I'd be concerned after 8 days if that's all my tub is colonized.

So normal not to have beading at this stage?

Yeah I was starting to worry
I did 1:2 spawn to substrate.
Didn't use coir bricks but canna coco, which I think should work. At least according to some people here on the forum.
Any thougjts what might be going on?
My spawn looked super good IMO, no signs of contamination, but the jars also took quite long to colonise. About 4-5 weeks I think. Shaking 1-2 times.

Yes. Beading will appear on top of the mycelium once colonised.

Like Rotnpins said, you wont see beading water till fully colonized. Coir holds water and mycellium repels it.
Not sure about canna coco. Should work fine if its coir. Did you weigh it out and bring it to FC? With that big of a substrate I'd definitely use more spawn. Im guessing its your low spawn to sub ratio. My tubs are half that depth and I use 4 or 5 quarts of spawn. Fully colonized around 11 days.

I did quite a bit of research on the Canna Coco before using it, and it seems that some TC are even using it (possibly pasty and p9) here on the forum. But I might be wrong, maybe they are using the brick version, I'm using the version that comes in bags that has much more moisture content. Anyways, it's supposed to be "Coconut fiber", which I think translates to Coconut Coir.
The recipe that I worked out, aiming for proper FC is:
- 4.5L Water - 3.5L Vermiculite - 2700g Canna Coco
This gave about 15L of substrate.
FC was achieved by the standard method: Squeezing a fistful until only a few drops drip out.
Sounds like you use about 1:1 ratio, could that be right? I thought I was being quite generous by going 1:2 , seen people go as far as 1:4 here on the forum.
I an also get access to URGO coir which I've heard is working for some people:

Had some discussion about this at another thread is someone is interested: Is this coconut coir usable?
But you advice might come in handy, increasing the spawn amount, at least while I'm figuring out wether my coir is working for me or not. Maybe I should just switch to shoeboxes while I'm doing my initial testing

EDIT: Created a new thread for this specific question. link to thread
My three tubs seem to be failing
Now on day 12 and I haven't seen any new growth for the past 4 days.
This is how they look now, just as on day 8:

Should I try to fruit them or just toss them away?
I'm mostly suspecting my coir brand. I'm using the Canna Natural Coco.
Anyone have an opinion on that? Anything else that could be causing this?
Everything seemed perfect up until now:
- Agar was super clean and showed rhizomorphic growth.
- Jars looked and smelled good, although they took 4-5 weeks to colonize fully (with 1-2 shakes). Used oats.
- Used BODs easy AF bucket TEK in a cooler to create the substrate. Water was almost boiling when poured.

I think its your low spawn ratio and maybe the coir brand.
Your agar could of had hidden bacteria that multipled when you put it to grains.
