Depends specifically what you're using it for. If you just want to wape down a table surface or the outside of a jar. Sure it couldn't hurt to use it in addition with alcohol.

I used them inside the SAB (without pack) because they are wet, for last clean injection ports before and after inoculation.
I used once for cool down the needle before inoculation, is it bad idea? I generally use ISO 70% for first clean SAB and all items.

You definitely don't want to cool down your needle with that.
After you flame the needle you don't want to introduce any contams to it by wiping it with anything at all.
A very small amount of spores die because of shooting the liquid through a hot needle. Try not to think about it. It is an insignificant amount.
Good luck homie!

That's good advice. Thanks! How long should I wait after "flame" the needle?

If you are going to shoot them into a pf tek jar there is no need to wait.
If you have an injection port id probably give it about 10 seconds in the sab before using just so you don't melt a big hole.
I have never used injection ports though and it might be fine.
What kind of grain are you inoculating?

Yes I've got injection ports. I use spore syringes or liquid culture syringes. I don't use any grain, just PFtek.

Do not use biocides near your cultures.

I don't use that garbage either.
Iso does not work in the same way as those chemicals in the wipes. Each chemical works in the way that it does. Personally I only use ethanol around any of my cultures (or myself for that matter) for "sanitizing". Ethanol is something usually present in most natural environments that have some decay going on. In excess it will kill what you want it to but most living things have natural metabolic pathways for dealing with it. Fungi have DNA too and it as just as sensitive to chemical degradation as any other life form. Like I said, keep the biocides out of your bio lab.
