Slow Monotub Colonization - Stalled?

Hi guys, first-time grower here,
I spawned this mono tub with 100 coir around 10 days ago using a 1:1 / 1:2 ratio in a tub that is around 60 quarts in size. This substrate is around 3 inches deep and I pasteurized it with bucket tek, making sure to squeeze out any excess liquid to get it to "field capacity". The closet the tub is kept in stays at around 20 degrees celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) consistently (i know this is a little too low however I do not have a heater to provide the extra bit of temperature). The tub saw good growth in the first few days and mycelium started poking through the casing layer however the last 4/5 days have seen little to no growth and I'm wondering if the growth has stalled. There is no evidence of any contamination yet and the tub has a lot of condensation on the walls. I have not cracked the lid once during colonization and the tub is not modified in any way. The lid is not airtight so I'm not sure if it is providing enough air exchange for CO2 to escape. There is also a lot of water droplets that can be seen from the side in the substrate. I am just looking for some advice as to what to do from this point onwards as its not ready for fruiting yet. I am aware colonization takes time and patience however the slowing down of the spread is what is bothering me. Many thanks in advance!!

Hi there,
The first thing I think I would consider is that the substrate is too dry. When you said you squeezed out any excess water, I feel like you may have taken too much water out. I, personally, will spawn to a substrate that is a little on the wet side to make sure it isn't too dry.
Also, I wouldn't be scared to open the lid to take a photo of the surface conditions. This would allow more experienced people a very good chance at seeing what is going on.
FAE could also be an issue since the tub is un-modified, but I am fairly new to this, so would see what more experienced mycologists would think.

Thanks for the reply,
I opened it up earlier for the first time and gave it a good mist to give it some more moisture and to give it some gas exchange. I'm also thinking about buying a heat mat as the temps in my house are a little too low and can fluctuate. I'm gonna give it a few days to see if anything changes until I crack the lid again as I don't want to increase contam risk. Will a heat mat help? i see alot of conflicting advice on them.
