Like the title says I'm wondering if this transfer is strong enough, within 3 days it had growth maybe even less. Here are some pictures, thanks for you time.

Strong enough for what? Strong enough to put to grain or to make another transfer? No to grain, yes to transferring to another plate.

When transferring to grain you want rhizomorphic mycelium which has well defined strands. Right now all you have is tomentose mycelium which is fuzzy and cotton like. Look up some pictures and keep transferring to agar until you have strong rhizomorphic growth.

That's not true, they're both just fine. This plate is weak and has contamination riding along.

Is it only me that sees a very prominent brown mold throughout?

No it definitely has enmeshed contamination.

doesn't rizo growth happen when it's lacking nutrients? not sure still new but i've been told countless times that both forms of mycelium is okay, just depends if it's clean

Not really, there are various different types of mycelium, we just focus on the 2 most commonly recognized.
Rusty whyte for example is super tormentose no matter what you do.

I grow a lot of fungi that I capture from the wild. This often takes a lot of cleanup and time, and time looking through a microscope and a lot of time using logic and soul to ponder the why's and how's of what I am looking at.
There is no way to tell this for sure without a lot more information that there is "contamination" present in that culture. I have looked at thousands of cultures and have seen a good many that start out looking just like that. "Enmeshed contamination" is a very vague term that I see thrown around here a lot and it is limiting. It is very easy to just jump to "that's contaminated" when looking at anything but rhizomorphic myc patterns. Cubes are very adaptable and do not fit into the Rhizo-tomentose only box.
OP I think that culture if it is a T1 (first transfer from spore germination plate), is likely just figuring it's self out still. Often when a lot of spore is used in the beginning and depending on environment, genetics, etc mycelium can look a lot of different ways. I don't see real signs of bacteria in that plate or anything that looks like foreign mycelium from a non target species. It looks like very tomentose mycelium. That can change and that can also, although not as commonly, be just fine. There is no sectoring, walling, fighting, metabolites, slime, discoloration, variance in rapidness of growth.
Some more information would be helpful. Specifically what variety that is, how many transfers you've made, what agar recipe you used, what the ambient temps have been.
I think a lot of what people call contamination is just mycelium that is not great. Genetic issues are most often the culprit.
OP that culture if anything does not look "strong" and if you run it as is it will likely succumb to one type of invader or another. Probably trichoderma right at the time of pinning or just before.

Agreed Nichrome, it's not a definite but it would deter me from using it in the current state for fear of contamination popping up but I agree it is a very weak plate.

The problems I see are more photography related. Surface not in focus and a poor color choice for the agar. You really can't tell anything from these pics. But as usual, I suspect mold.
