If you could give every person in the world one single thing

what would it be?
Of course the classic answer would be "inner peace," but I sort of feel that is something each individual must work on without supernatural tamperings in this lifetime for it to truly matter.
My second thought would be an eighth of mushrooms, available for every person to eat or not. I would like for everyone in the world to have the chance to make a personal choice devoid of prejudice or propaganda regarding the sacred mushroom.
What would you give?

Yeah... I agree with you Ellemy, an eighth of shrooms. Actually, the first time I tripped I mused at the thought of how much good an eighth of mushrooms would do to everyone in the world, especially politicians.

I would give everyone $1,000. It may sound silly, and not everyone needs it, but It would help out those who are in need of some cash for whatever. As I am. And it wouldn't be fair to leave the wealthy people out as stupid as that sounds. Yup, just $1,000.
-------------------- The secret to being funny is to say smart things stupidly, or is it stupid things smartly? Whatever..it's not rocket surgery...or something like that.

That's a good thing to give, Desi. Doesn't sound silly at all. That $1000 could make all the difference for many people in the world.

why? to live forever would be to experience the full end possible spectrum of every human emotion and thought.
Maybe even use that other 90% of your brain after 500 years.
Sounds to me like the greatest experience ever.

I am more excited about passing over to the other side in my spiritual form and "living" out my spiritual capacities in true celebrations of joy in unison with all that is pure.

forever is a man made term anyways. I imagine after a while you would stop notice or caring.
unless of course you were obsessed there was something to be found in death. Some 'higher being' or conciousness.
Then it might suck

Do you think you would eventually go "mad" if you lived forever though? I always wonder that if sooner or later you'd just lose it.
