Check out the AGAR ENVY! (Anything and All things agar!) thread. You will get more responses when posting to that thread.

I think some of your cultures are looking good. You may be able to get uniform radial type growth if you take very small transfers from the leading edge of sectors.

Are you applying a filter to your photos? They look blurry and unusual.

Looks quite clean and nice, good job.
I gotta start making dark agar, the stuff looks really nice and everything is so easily seeable on it!
Next time maybe try labeling your plates or the pics so we know which transfer it is and how long ago it was taken. It all helps to appreciate your work and maybe help if some things are not so bueno (not here, just saying).

Also try taking smaller and more even wedges for your transfers, it will help promote even growth and minimize the possibility of transferring any crap while cleaning up dirty cultures.
