RWxAA. I think it is a clone culture. Looks like what I thought was all blobs is turning into a decent pinset.

Just remember it was my first 10 or so pE swabs.
Fyi. I tore the veil in the sab & I may have swabbed the gills a tad too much imo.

I like these areas. I don't know what that white stuff is but I'd stay clear of it unless it's a reflection.
The clearer and in focus photo you post moving forward will help anyone trying to chime in.
Does anyone have suggestions on free apps to help for better close up pics so you all can see them. This culture is very rhizo and pretty but can't see it wtf
It is germination plate I rinsed swab per faht then used tweezers to pull some threads out and pushed in agar

Do the chickens get high from the used sub?
I've thought of leaving it out for song birds, but haven't because I don't want to drug them.
do dinosaurs (birds) get high? Or just mammals?

I couldn't tell you the ideal food coloring for bisporus. I think my original bispo plate used none, and my clone plate used a tiny bit of red which made orange agar.
They say you aren't even supposed to use red, so I'd imagine that's not ideal.
The one bispo clone that had a lot of blue and a small amount of red(it made a sick indigo colored agar) didn't work at all. But the mushroom might have been dead by the time I cloned it too, so who knows?
Pic tax: garden cubes or natalensis. I love composting my substrates for numerous reasons, but this is a nice bonus.

They don't get high, and that surprised me. I tried to keep them away from my spent subs forever, but gave up eventually. They spend a lot of time scratching through my compost and I've never seen one of them act strange.

They'll pick apart spent subs if I leave them on the picnic table, and I throw plenty of active mush in the compost regularly

I’m surprised stuff like natal and I believe semperviva that have active myc doesn’t get them.
Although I have no idea what a tripping chicken would even look like

Excuse me sir, how did you get those semp results?
I looked through your profile nothing creepy and didn't see anything on it.
Here's a pic of my flowhood blowing right.

This is right, right? No lefts.
Its so weird compared to a SAB, it's like the opposite

Yes, that looks good. You want it blowing, not sucking and near horizontal is correct.
I recommend putting a little platform of an inch to three inch high at the bottom to work on. The very edges sometimes don't have enough force since the blower is in the middle.
You built it? Did you add a cheap back filter (good to save your expensive front filter.) What's your front filter?
I bought my flow hood, didn't build it, but here's a build tek that has info on tuning them: https://archersmushrooms.co.uk/how-to-build-a-diy-laminar-flowhood-for-mushroom-growing/
I use a 3 inch food tray upside down as a platform in front of mine:
