Is 15cc of spores good for 24x 8oz glasses?

I was going to do 2 holes per glass to save on the spores. 4 would inoculate faster right, but is the speed really much faster at that size?
I mean I may as well use it all though.. I dont really want to use a leftover bit anywhere if I'm going to be moving on to selecting and cloning the best mushroom in future grows.

In my experience, the only reason someone would use PF Tek over grains is to save money for a pressure cooker. So if you are trying to stretch your money, it only makes sense to use the least amount of spore solution per jar so you can have the max amount of jars per syringe. I just squirt .5cc in one hole in the center. If you have no errors, you will definitely be able to innoc all jars. Sometimes the syringe gets jammed by BRF and you have to waste a little spore solution to clear the jam. Sometimes you accidentally squirt way too much in a jar. Stuff happens.
4 innoc points will colonize faster but would u rather have 1 fast colonizing jar or 8 slow colonizing jars?

You can just do two holes & insert the syringe spores on the outer edges of the glass. From what I've seen this makes it easier to see any contaminated growth, the mycelium will begin to spread & engulf the cakes. Both sides meeting together.
There is no point in using it all, the more you use, the more filth you're putting into your jars that might be in the syringe. Spores are always dirty, .25-.5cc per holes should do just fine. You can save the rest and put a drop onto agar when needed.
Don't get so hung up on cloning when first getting started like I did. I've been using solely MSS>agar>Grain & have good results. "MSS is where the fun's at"
But I've got some clones growing out right now that I might send to tubs just to see the results.
Good luck

It's under multispore. MSS = Multispore syringe.
