Too many spores not enough cakes

Hello, Having noob problems and asking for help.
First time trying this, got an automated monotub, some sterilized BRF jars and a syringe. Inoculated the first jar and added 6ccs (way too much, I know). Second jar got about 2ccs. Last 2 jars split 1cc each.
Now only the first 2 jars are growing mycelium almost 2 weeks later. Iβve ordered some all in one bags, and was wondering if this idea is stupid, or rather is there a better way, knowing Iβm not starting over?
Should I let the jars colonize, then add them to the all in one bag, and let them colonize further for a better harvest?
Should I just cake the 2 that worked out?
Should I just bulk them?
Should I do something entirely different?

first off, get rid of the "automated" tub & yes, all in one grow bags are a bad idea. tubs don't need to be "automated," you can literally grow in an unmodified shoebox using ambient sunlight from a window. fans, humidifiers, lights attached to the tubs, heat mats etc. will all fuck up a grow way worse than anything they'd help with. all in one bags usually include shit like horse manure that can be prone to contamination if not inoculated properly, & it's incredibly difficult to use bags in an SAB. you will most likely end up with contamination, & going spore syringe directly to these bags is also a bad idea.
cakes can take awhile to show any germination, so i wouldn't give up on your other cakes yet. the first two jars just probably colonized faster due to starting with more. you could fruit these in ziplocks like fhatster does here about halfway through the thread. i think that would be best considering you only have 2 so far. you could do bulk, but the recommendation is usually 4 half pint cakes to a 6qt shoebox. if you have smaller tupperware, you can just eyeball a 1:2 ratio of BRF cakes to coco coir, but you want the sub to be at least 2" deep. the ziplocks will probably be easier for a small amount of cakes that might be done at random times & is what i would recommend. you should get some coco coir to have on hand, manure & prepasteruized stuff isn't really worth it unless you get it for free. coco is stupid simple to prep & eliminates one vector of contamination.
what's your plan for your next grow? if you're planning on doing this hobby long term, even just small scale or casually, there are some things i could recommend you do

Fellow noob here who was having a similar issue. Two things solved this problem for me:
1. Let the jars cool overnight after sterilization. Even though jars feel cool enough, the core retains a ton of heat and killed most of my first round of spores.
2. Make a 'heat bomb' with a fish tank heater. I did this, now I have a cardboard box which maintains a constant 78 and the myc loves the heat.
I didn't do either on my first round and we were still in early spring, so cool days and cold nights. My jars took FOREVER to show germination. My 2nd round I did these things, now after 1 week my jars are ~50% colonized.

Thanks for the tips. The automated box is just a tub on top of water with a heater in the water. It keeps my temps consistent. Rn Iβm at 82 degrees.
Next round? I have (1) 10 cc syringe so whenever this fails Iβll use that syringe. I still have like 6 sanitized BRF jars. And now 20lb of probably useless all in one bags.

#1 is good but, I think #2 is bad advice. Heating mats are generally recommended against round these parts
EDIT: I hope that didnt come off as me being a dick, shroomduck. Just giving my 2 cents not tryna be a dick lol

you only really need additional heat if your temperatures are consistently under 60 all the time or something. usually adding heat fucks things up worse than it helps, but warmer temps do speed up colonization, so it might help to move them to a warmer spot in the house or something
