A big pot of LC, revisited

When I was getting started a year ago I posted about how LC could be much more easily mass-produced if it was all cooked together in a big pot. Obviously that's a massive efficiency boost from pressure cooking individual quart jars of LC.
In principle you can sterilize an LC just fine in any boiling water. Electric kettles in fact can get sterility on any liquid culture easily. It's just that, the second the water cools it is not sterile again. One can easily sterilize a giant pot of LC in 15 minutes on the stove in any kitchen, it seems to me - it's just that the liquid becomes useless from all the microbes in that very same kitchen.
I want to revisit this idea and see if there's an 'easy lc' tek that might be mass producible (eg a big pot) and that doesn't require a pressure cooker. It'd obviously be very efficient if one could get LC into big 5-gallon jugs - but this is impossible with any pressure cooker tek available.
HERE'S THE PROPOSAL
From what I've read, any liquid can be sterilized in 15 minutes of boiling water. Let's make it 20 to be safe. The basic TEK starts by making a basic media using a sugar and boiling water for 20 minutes. Honey to me seems versatile, and I've had successful LC's that used anywhere from a half tablespoon per cup of water, to 2-3 tablespoons per cup. Honey LC can be made in any kitchen.
The proposal is that, after boiling for 20 minutes, then quickly put on a tight-fitting lid on the top and move the pot over to a still air box, while it is still hot -
The idea of this is, while the water is still boiling, quickly isolate it from any sources of spores from the air to get into it. A lid added to it helps prevent anything outside from getting in, and cooling it all in an SAB is an added precaution. After letting it cool a bit, one can then pour it right away into smaller containers in that SAB and inoculate it.
If one pours right away into sterilized containers in the SAB, it seems to me that the 'big pot' method might have more promise than some of you thought when I first proposed it last year. And if it would work, no one can doubt it is more efficient to sterilize a giant many gallon pot of LC over sterilizing many small quart or half-quart jars of it.

Or here's a simple low-tech version. Someone please point out where it wouldn't work.
ELECTRIC KETTLE LC
-Put the media ingredients into the kettle and hit the button. Most electric kettles get it to boiling for a while and shut down. You can keep hitting the button periodically to keep it at a boiling temperature for a while - I'd suggest 15 minutes is enough.
-After 15 minutes, attach some kind of foil filter over the top of the electric kettle to prevent spores from getting in. Move to SAB.
-After it has cooled in the SAB, remove the filter and pour into jars - the filter theoretically prevents exposure to spores while you transport it to the SAB and it cools down.

How about a few gallon sized glass jars? Just modify the lids and stick in PC. Why would you need one big bucket of LC?!? If your idea is to spread it around outside with a sprayer, why not just make a mushroom slurry and call it good. It doesn’t need to be sterile in that case.

Um... Because boiling doesn't sterilize?

Can´t say i´m a friend of honey-LC´s. Always went shit on me, but that may be just me Curious about your results.

This is one of those concepts where I immediately think the OP has been smoking too much.
