Pan Cyans growing fine, Cubensis is not

I've been experiencing a tough time fruiting cubensis while pan cyan species are growing fine. Pans are in open air, cubes are in monotubs.
It definitely seems strange to have success with pans but not with cubes
I am seeing very good success in my pans trays (Open air trays misted with a humidifier 30on/30off minute cycle).

For what it's worth, things were going very well with cubes for a while when I first moved in. I have run my own MS>agar isolations, as well as a handful of clones now from other people. Going from MEA, to rye grain quart jars and then spawning to pasteurized coco verm gypsum substrate in monotubs. I've put colonized grain back to agar and it grows out clean. If I case now (pasteurized 50/50 verm/peat/gypsum/lime), which I used to all the time with great success, things either do not fruit over a months time or very few mushrooms pop up, many of which are consumed by some sort of whiteish looking hyphae/mold or bacteria blotch.
I for sure see blotch on the exterior and interior of many fruits, way slower fruiting times than normal, low yields and very poorly filled canopies. Non Penis Envy varieties are less susceptible for what its worth but still very slow and somewhat effected.
I am not contaminating to trichoderma or anything really visible to the eye until fruits pop up and are attacked by something. The tubs looks normal, smells normal (maybe a bit earthy) but nothing funky or bad smelling.

Re: Pan Cyans growing fine, Cubensis is not, Pseudomonas Tolaasii, Bacterial Blotch, any masters of bacteria out there? [Re: Timestop413]

Can I ask you to elaborate more on how you are having success with your pans fruiting chamber or area/setup? I'm trying my darndest to grow them and I get issues with the fruiting part.
As far as your cubes issue, I just do Agar>Grain>Bucket tek Coir/verm or Black Kow straight outta the bag, monotubs or shoeboxes.

Following this tek for pans. Open air fruiting chamber, works well. https://www.patreon.com/posts/57958481
Maybe I will try to put open trays of cubes into the same space and see how they do.

I've been reading your thread and your comments in a few threads and I'm still adamant you need to revisit your spawn because you seem to have some hidden contamination. Pasteurizing your sub isn't making a difference here, I think you're going about this in the incorrect manner.

I think you are right. I think it may have something either to do with spawn or something to do with fruiting chamber/fae/humidity, because the pans are in open air trays and cubes are in monotubs. Just to experiment, I've removed a colonized substrate from a monotub and have put it into the pans chamber to see how it goes. May try some open air trays of cubes. Maybe it is the spawn being slightly bacterial and then its really taking hold in monotubs due to improper conditions.
