Most fake ass people in the popular media worship evil dollars. Money makes the world go round for the rich and not the rest.
Here's a collage for you to stay dazed and obey chasing dollars like the rich, because surely you want to be on top of the pyramid.

Listen, we are late players in this game. The chips are stacked in others' hands. The cards seemed rig, and the drinks seem watered down.
Most influencers had capital to invest, money makes money. Rich kids with nothing to do. This is an oligarchic democracy in late stage capitalism, and it's nearly too late change anything beyond a bloody revolt. However, the ones in power have done an excellent job of keeping the people separated by either race, gender, or political ideology. If there is not unity there is no fear of revolt. I'm not saying revolt, I'm just saying.

Money is a story we shared and agreed upon so we don’t have to carry around bags of cockle shells or bundles of wheat to trade for other cumbersome goods. It’s an accepted value. It’s also a complete fiction.
The LOVE of money is the root of all evil. Money itself does nothing the day we cease believing in it.
You might be waiting a while for that to happen however, and few of us have the physical strength to carry around bags of cockle shells

Where are we going to find benevolent leaders within a violent revolution? The problem is the people who are strongest and most organized will lead the revolution, and you will be subject to their ideology unless they install a democracy. How often in history is the most organized group of militia the most benevolent one?
The sad truth is there is no easy answer to this mess of a society. We are what we are, and we live on a scary planet. Find joy where you can
