GT growth slow on agar

I have a set of plates which Reishi and King Oyster are growing well on, while GT has been really slow.
GT and Reishi plates were inoculated with liquid cultures from a supplier, and King Oyster was from tissue clone.
After 10 days, Reishi plates are fully colonised (was by day 7 actually), King plates are 90% colonised but both GT plates are ~20% colonised.
The GT plates are very dense and tomentose. At this point I'm just thinking the clone is bad, which is a bit surprising considering it is a LC not a MSS.
Recipe is PGT 321 (3g potato flakes, 2g agar, 1g glucose syrup per 125 mL water). Was considering trying a different recipe but it seems fine based on the Reishi and King growth.
Any ideas?

A few things. PGT doesn't cultivate and most of his shit is just parroted BS. Take his videos with a grain of salt. The standard mix is 10 grams LME, 10 grams agar. Easy as it gets. I use a lower ratio. But the 10 x 10 is standard per 500ml water. But PDA works too. It's not superior. And you can't compare actives to something like oysters. My Oyster cultures will colonize a 100mm plate in 4 or 5 days max. Especially with HWFP in my agar mix. Two totally different animals. Pictures would help tremendously. What I consider "fast" on an actives plate would get tossed in the trash without a second thought for gourmets. And just so you know. Everything I type it sounds like I'm being a dick or whatever. I'm not. It's just my typing style. I'll read my responses and think wow, I come off as mean. But it's just the way I type. It's hard for me to get my thoughts into text. So I try to keep the answers as short and concise as I can. So no worries. I WANT you to be successful.

Thanks for the advice! I'll give the LME agar a shot next time. Here is a link to some photos https://m.imgur.com/a/kK6Lrsl
They're all after 10 days growth. I guess I just expected the GT to grow a bit faster
EDIT - I have attached the photos two replies down

Most people are going to be skeptical to click links. Just post directly to the Shroomery.
As MTZ said, 10g of each per 500 mls is standard. Tweaking this recipe is beneficial for softer agar for spore germinating or lowering the nutrition contents for the mycelium to reach out.
I personally hate potatoe flakes and rock LME. I don't like the growth I get when I use flakes. Meh.

Yeah I figured the agar was fine since the Reishi and King grew so well on it... But I guess it's possible the PGT recipe is worse for Cube strains than Reishi and Kings?
Images are below, please let me know if this growth looks abnormal after 10 days growth inoculated from LC? Room temp has been between 18-24C
