Ingredients: - One half of a ripe avocado - One small tin of tuna - 1.5 tablespoon of mayo 1. Peel the avocado and remove the seed. Pulverize the avocado in a bowl with a spoon. 2. Drain one can of tuna and mix well into the bowl. Also add the mayo. 3. Serving suggestion: Spread on whole grain organic toasted bread! Serves 3. Edit: Cleared up some confusion!

Here's how I make tuna (I like it kind of sweet)- 1 can tuna big glob of miracle whip (yes, it has to be miracle whip) spoonful or two of sweet relish salt and pepper tiny dash of vinegar sliced and diced - onions, orange and red peppers optional - chopped garlic, scallions no exact measurements.. just eye it and go by personal preference mix all the shit up and plop it on some bread.. this tuna sandwich with a slice of tomato and lettuce is the shit!!! oh man... so good

So, is that one half of a ripe avocado, or one whole half-ripened avocado?

Haha, sorry for the ambiguities.
Half of a ripened avocado... 1/2!

You know what's also good is :
cook off some diced bacon until fully rendered and then let it cool in the pan with all the fat and then take a can of tuna and mash it in the same pan with all the grease and bacon bits. Add some fresh black pepper and small diced shallots, a bit of mayo and whammo, a great sandwich spread. Those who know what rillettes are would know better what I am talking about.
