Hey fellas,
a little Update: yea the "clean" one got a mold problem like some of you have forseen the consequences of the heat.

another question: i have some petri dishes but im showing just one, i have a "fizzy" mycelim grow and also it was a MS syringe, as you can see around the mycelium the white stuff is this also mold ? its in some Petri Dishes, this white stuff is growing where the water touched my agar

I just want to chime in and clarify that your temp range wouldn’t be a problem if the spawn was anexic.  It is really looking like bacterial spawn is to blame. The elevated temps just helped the bacteria thrive.

That cloudyness is bacteria.  Make sure that none of your transfers come from areas where this is present.  You can streak spores to a petri and it will use alot less liquid and therefore makes it more difficult for bacteria to grow while at the same time spreading out the desired mycelium colonies so you can easily pick and choose through the cultures.

Thank you for the feedback PBJ710, sadly it means this is in the syringe because the clodyness is spawned where the water touched the agar "sad".

i hope i can extract some mycelium to get a clean petri dish
