So this is my first grow and it was going great. I just finished dunking and the third day they had a power outage for half of the cycle. Well now it's been 5 days and nothings changed. Should I dunk again and get them cold to maybe start over?

You are using outdated tek. Spawn to bulk is the only way forward.

I would only dunk if its needed, otherwise it will probably make things worse.
5 days isn't alot of time, I'd give it more time to pin
