Cacti at home depot
    #2778245 - 06/09/04 02:53 PM (19 years, 10 months ago)

I was reading a trip report a while back from someone that said they bought a cactus at home depot and ate it, experiencing a full blown mescaline trip. I thought the cacti you bought from HD had to mature for a good long while. Is it possible to experience a full blown mescaline trip off of the small cacti that are sold at home depot?

you could find some san pedro, but not always, and it depends on how big it is

I think questions like this should not be allowed.

5 posts and asking if it's possible to get a trip out of something bought at home depot.

I for one do not want these sacred things taken away from us. Please people, do some of your own research and don't give the dea a chance to make somthing illegal...it's what they love to do.

You can't understand the common sense behind telling people NOT to give out tons of information, especially to someone with 5 posts, about legal cacti?

Quite a rude person hey? No worries, still sending the love your way.

no offense, entity, but just because I have five posts does not mean that I'm less deserving of information in anyway than are you.

I've been reading the shroomery forums for quite a while, so please don't exchange 'fightin words' with my post count :P.

Your initial question rather lacks enough to be answered. You ask if the "small" ones are "enough". (Let's forget where you get them)

What's small? To you it may be small, to another - big.

12" for one trip is the recommendation, expecting the main stalk to be 3-4" thick.

And you know what? I don't like Home Depot. If that company was a person, I'd knock his teeth out. I HATE THEM. Rude, no service, replacing employees with robots. To hell with them.

Besides, just about EVERY nursery, Orchard, Lowes, Yardbirds, Navalets, etc, etc, etc... is a contender to "carry" the cactus at one point or another. Don't get hung up on any store. Just keep your eyes peeled and it will show itself.

I've seen PLENTY recently(won't say where), including a GIANT. 5/6" thick and about 5'tall...for sale, and even labeled as San Pedro.
