heat resistant glue

what are the good heat-resistant glues or the like that can withstand autoclaving but will not mutate anything (ive read about ingredients in different sealants and disinfectants that will mutate mushrooms and was wondering what was safe or if i shouldnt worry at all)

What are you trying to glue?
High temp silicone will work well in a pc and can be bought for a few bucks at any autoparts store.--called RTV blue.
