Thought it was an inky cap at first, but it seems more substantial, and the cap looks slightly banded or of a unique color. Maybe a Panaeolus?
Habitat: On grass and clover in a field, on a well trafficked path, possibly around horse manure.

Gills: Brown, darker, see pictures

Stem: They appear white and cream to reddish and brown.

Cap: Caps varied in size, see picture on graph paper. Colors varied tan to light brown with various shades, one was particularly reddish and banded.

Spore print color: TBD, gills looked fairly dark, expecting brown to rusty reddish brown.
Bruising: No substantial bruising
Other information: See pictures. One of them is particularly reddish and may not be the same species.

It looks like the foes around my area but others might disagree. Small caps and brownish spores pointed to foe in the past.
