What's with this myc?

Transferred a bunch of wedges over a week ago from plates that had been in ziplocks in my fridge for...quite a while. Like 5 months. I let them warm up, opened one and it smelled like mushrooms, so I decided to do transfers.
These are the "best" looking ones. But the myc seems very weak.

I used the same agar recipe I always have. 10g agar/ 9g LME / 500ml H20.
This growth is a far cry from rhizo, but is it even tomentose? Maybe it will get thicker as it continues growing? Is it even worth growing these out and putting them to grain, or should I just toss them?

Looks fine to me, yeah looks a little light but I noticed sometimes the mycelium digs a little under the agar medium and it makes it look less thick on top.
I’ve seen mycelium that looks like this colonize just as fast as thick ropey rhizomorphic growth

What i do for transfers: I change nutes to keep myc busy. So if the germination plate was malt, i use brf agar for transfers, or vice versa. I also cut down nutes for transfers, as myc seems to just sit there and eat. So i always cut down nutes to 7gr/500ml or even less. Hope that helps a bit

Cool. I'll grow out the T7 plates and put them to grain.
I've got some brf, so I'll prep some plates with that and transfer some T2 plates that have the same weak myc and see if that gets them into gear.
Thanks!

Hey guys,
The transfers I made a little over a week ago are growing out much faster and stronger after switching from LME agar to BRF agar. Thanks for the tip Goatrider!!
They all seem clean up to this point. However, when I used Bods BRF agar prep, I didn't use boiling water initially, and didn't properly / completely mix and dissolve before pressure cooking. There is...quite a bit of sediment in all plates.

Since these are colonizing much faster, I'm hoping to put them to grain once they've almost filled the plate. Is this a bad idea since there is so much sediment in the agar? Should I prep a proper batch of BRF plates, do another round of transfers, then send those to grain? Or is the sediment a non-issue?

I also have ugly sediment plates sometimes, it was never an issue. Just ugly
