My Nat shoebox is getting very fluffy. Day 15 since spawning. The mycelium has found any little hole in the liner, as is aggressively pushing through them in search of more sub. It is wild looking. I have had cubes do this to some extent, particularly Mazapatec, but nothing like this…

Finally! I’ve never seen anybody else have that happen. I’ve never had cube myc get through the liner but literally every natalensis tub does it.

Kinda looks like it. There’s something weird going on at the bottom but I would clone it and see what you get.
Are there regular colored mushrooms too?

Wow, it reminds me of half cooked pizza dough! (Time to add the sauce)

Had to leave town while my first nat shoebox finished up

Not good yield just 12.5g dry. The fruits were tinyyy, id be surprised if any broke 1.5g wet. May be that residual tap water/residue made it into the grow and stunted them.

Ya gotta start house training them when they're young.

Here are a few pics of my largest natalensis fruit to date by far. 5 inches in length. It's good size even by cube standards for me, and you can see the blue coloration peeking through as well.
This will be my clone candidate.

Guess I did end up with some crazy ass sky climbing Nats after all. This was from a mislabeled germ plate (or close) jar as best I can figure, but now it looks obvious.

If I mist down those aerial structures they just pop back up the next day.
It has knots but they aren't doing anything. And it seems to give few fucks about the trich that's been slaying my other cultures recently, thanks to an episode with bad coir - like this slow ass Mayan cube clone put to bulk under the same conditions (first flush here):

After cloning and sitting out for about 30 minutes, this Nat fruit has taken on a very nice hue.
Looking at the light color of this fruit I am also wondering if it is Leucistic or getting close to it

They're not leukistic, I have very silvery green Nats but they always have a small bit of pigment.
