How often should you mist or fan?

I've read a lot of different opinions on the subject and can't come to a reasonable conclusion so here's my question: How often/How much should you fan and mist per day or depending on the condition of the tub.
I don't want any gibberish if you can share your personal experience or redirect me to a tek or a post explaining the process of how and when to do it.
Thank you

I don’t ever mist or fan my tubs. That’s old school info geared more towards growing cakes in a SGFC. Monotubs should be set and forget, you just might need to dial in your specific conditions.

I don’t fan and I mist when the conditions indicate that I need to mist. A post won’t tell you when misting is necessary, you have to live through the process. What are you fanning or misting? How do you define gibberish when you’re giving minimal information and then expecting suitable answers?

I'm not expecting anything I just want a straightforward answer that will answer the question I asked which you did. And thank you for that next up I just got into the hobby and at moment doing unmodified shoebox. And I have a lot of fuzzy feat despite a big crack and fanning multiple times a day.
That's mostly why I was asking the question.

Okok thank you very much. I will do the first time I S2B I did my field capacity on the opposite side of what's considered a good way and ended up with a substrate that was much wetter than needed and I believe that's why I needed to play with fanning and misting more but I will try to do it the correct way and see where it goes without misting/fanning much.

Post some pics and we can help better.
Also, I make my substrate on the side of too wet and it works very well for me. But you seem to already understand that you need to dial in your specific conditions. Everyone is different so figure out what works for you and your room.

Yes of course, so at the moment I have 4 tubs. I do understand that I need to pat it down even next time. All S2B 04/13 - Can provide more info if needed.
First tub (Second Flush - Heavy misting no dunk)

Second Tub pins just showed up 5 days ago.

Not much about this one. Still nothing after all this time.

Same here except 2 pins but seems to have stalled (On the left of the tub).

*For info - At the moment I do about 2 - 3 misting a day and same with fanning.

Those look a little dry as you probably have figured out, but overall they look good. Maybe give them a good soaking then put the lid on and leave it alone till your ready to harvest

You should never have to fan, and only have to mist if the coir is a little under hydrated or you’re giving it a lot of fae.

That's what I don't get.. I got told recently that "Your substrate is WAY soaking wet".
Wouldn't giving it a good soaking make my substrate even wetter and reduce the time they take to grow? Or I'm completely wrong and they are really dry. but up close I can see why he says it's soaking I'm pretty sure if I take a handful and squeeze it won't be droplets that will fall.
So, no more fanning but what about the fuzzy feat and thin stem? I've tried everything in the book to increase FAE even letting a crack of about 2inches but still nothing.
And do you have any tips on when to mist? If needed I heard that you mist when you don't see the tiny droplets with flashlight on substrate but they seem to never disappear, the walls will dry up faster then those.
Thank you very much for your help and sorry for all the questions this forum is really a great help.

This is a pic of a tub of mine that I just took. All those beads of moisture is what I’m looking for when I do mine. I run my shit pretty wet tho so if someone told you they think yours is too wet, they might freak out then they see mine.
Fuzzy feet are normal and sometimes happen no matter how much air you give it. Skinny stems can be genetic or can be a sign of contamination.
I say quit fuckin with things too much and just let it ride. You can always grow more if you’re not happy with this run.

Thank you very much, I think that's what I needed to hear.
What tek do you use for your spawn jar? I initially used Uncle Ben's tek but there was too much contamination rate and expensive and then Broke boi tek but same here too expensive even if the contamination rate is much lower. I'm looking for something that isn't expensive and btw no PC I do have an Instant pot that can do the same thing but longer. And I'm not interested in BRF cake can you lead me on that?

Good thing you’ve recognized uncle bens and broke boy tek as what they are, garbage inefficient ways to grow plenty of mold and maybe a little bit of mushrooms.
I go agar to grains to coir/verm. Is there even a name for that “tek”?? Haha maybe I’ll call it the “actually grow mushrooms tek”
Cakes are the way to go if you don’t have a pc, why don’t you want to go that route? It’s how many of us started, myself included. But if you have an instant pot, that should work for agar and grains (I think, I’ve never actually done it)
From my perspective you have two options, start working with BRF cakes, or learn agar and get a proper pc. All this shit is way easier than people like to lead on.

I want to work with agar so much I know how they would make my life easier but the 2 times that I tried to do agar even with proper SAB a shit load of 70% alcohol and everything that I could think of to make myself clean and ended up with that.

I might consider BRF but from what I saw it's more work and you get less from a bulk spawn (tell me if I'm wrong.. probably) I was thinking to let it simple, get a tub put my spawn some substrate let it colonize and see from there but I heard with BRF you need to give it special attention and everything. And I also love the sight of a fully colonized tub.
I will try to re-do some agar (If you have any tips it would be appreciated) and work with that I would love to. For the grain do you have any preferences? I was thinking about oats or Rye Berries but not sure yet.

Was that a syringe on the plates?
Looks like it was a bacterial syringe and not anything you did.
