Grain Spawn Contamination Help 1

Hey guys!
I'm hoping some people can help me identify what contamination this is, what what can be causing it..
Lately some of my batches are turning out like this. I'm very careful not to overcook my rye and have it to swollen. I also make sure it gets dry before bagging and pressure cooking. I pressure cook for 2 1/2 hours.
It gives off a bad smell thru the filter patch. I'm not sure if the bag that's colonized is the same contaminate at the bottom, but it does smell the same. Most bags the mycelium wont even take over the grains..
Any help, tips and advice would be awesome! I cant be throwing out so many bags after being inoculated.

Looks really wet/bacterial. You'll be lucky to get anything from the bag on the right even fruiting it straight from the bag.
How are you prepping the grain? What is your inoculation source and do you have any pics of it?

I always end up tossing my spawn bags if they look like that, even if there is growth.. Was seeing if that specific bag would take over the contam, but obviously theres no way..
Another thing that's weird is I havent changed any of my preparations, and usually a couple bags out of 80 would be bad.
Personally I dont soak.. I rinse the grains super well for 30 minutes at least. I've found boiling causes more to burst, so I cook them on a low setting for sometimes 30 minutes, with gypsum, Until they are soft enough to bite into. I then proceed to rinse the grains in my strainers with hot water, and then lay them out on screens to dry.
My drying time takes hours, I'm thinking of trying some without a rinse so the steam can evaporate more for a faster drying time.
I make Liquid culture. After I get a good culture on my plates, I transfer it to LC, test the LC, and proceed to inoculate my bags..
Here are some pics of the bags out of the PC. I do see some small amounts of moisture, but nothing compared to when they are wet and contaminated. After being inoculated and shaken up, you cant see any moisture in the bag as it gets dispersed.

Those bags don't look bad Are you absolutely sure that your LC is 100% clean? Maybe you had a bad container of it and nocced up a few bags with it?

Youre getting bacillus infections. Aka wet spot or sour rot. Usually caused or made worse by overly wet grains and too high heat.

Definitely bacterial contamination.
From what you are describing your process sounds good. The only problem I could see is maybe a contaminated LC, a failing filter patch or a dirty syringe.
