take enoguh mayo or miracle whip to cover teh fish. mix that in a bowl with garlic poder or very finleychopped garlic. then add enoguh lemon juice to make it waterd down but still failry viscous. then add salt and pepper to mixture. cover fish with bread crumbs and parmesean cheese. bake on open foil coverd pan for usually 20 min at 400 (depends on fish and fish size) . after it is almost done broil it on low for a few minutes to lightly brown the top if nessasary.
peace and bon appetite

I always get choked when people make this because it smells and looks so good, but I can't stand alot of mayo or miracle whip. So i never enjoy it.
sounds good, decent recipe................................for a fag

that is how the fish I usally eat is cooked... its made with mayo, ranch dressing, seasonings, and rolled in usually those crunchy onion ring things and baked... every now and then tho we fry fish... that is the best, along with hushpuppies and fried green tomato!

im pretty sure they use the yolks to make mayonaise, they have to whisk it while slowly drizzling in light olive oil if you whisk eggwhites you get that white fluffy stuff they use for marangue thats what i thought anyway
the recipe sounds nice btw my favourite fish is bream/deepsea red bream

i think its fattening because of all the oil in it. it pretty much wipped oil like salad dressing.

you can get kraft 99%fat free and it pretty much tastes the same as normal mayo i love bream/snapper smeared with butter, salt and pepper, wrapped in foil and baked with a few slices of lemon inside it,plain i know but i love it and don't think it needs anything else
