Instead of bringing fresh air from outside, can I use a carbon filter with pre filter to bring in filtered air inside grow tent?

I don’t want to bring fresh air from outside unless I have to. It’ll make things easier and quicker for me to use a carbon filter that is set outside my tent.
The carbon filter with filter AND pre filter dust catcher will be set outside the tent and then a duct will connect to the fan in which will theoretically blow air from room to inside grow tent.
Is this detrimental or should I just directly bring fresh air from outside? I still want to use my carbon filter though.
I will be venting my CO2 outside.

You don't need to pull fresh air from nature, it can be from another part of the building or more commonly the direct other side of the grow room. You can use a filter to catch dust if you want but not really necessary.
Your fan should be set to pull air out of the grow room and outside. Fresh air will just come in thru cracks or a dedicated hole. If you're pumping air into your grow room you're also pumping spores into the surrounding room.

While I agree with deadmandave here, I have to say that if your FC is in a space with not much cracks etc. where fresh air could come in, and if you're growing oysters, bringing air from outside would be very beneficial. My operation is in a brand new warehouse room which is quite completely sealed from outside, and I'm struggling with my co2 levels. I'm pulling outside air in all the time to fight the co2.

Well my tent doesn't have cracks or holes and witj oysters, I may need all the FAE I can provide. No? And while yes I would pump spores around, cleaning the inside of the tent would be another protocol that should be set as a standard. I bet a weekly clean wouldn't hurt.
But yet I plan on having it pulled from the room that the tent is in.

The tent is inside a man cave type room where nobody walks into. This might sound very stupid and silly but say if I draw Air from that room to pump inside the tent (with a carbon filter obviously), would the room run out of sufficient oxygen levels to provide for inside the tent? Say if I don't walk in that room for 2 days at a time..? I may get a lot of shit for that question lol but I'm prepared for it.

The spores aren't going to blow around in the tent, they will escape and blow into the surrounding room. Over time if you're not careful you will gain an allergy to spores not to mention white sticky spore dust on all your stuff.
You need lots of fresh air yes, pulling from outside is great during the right seasons.
Op, you can even leave the door cracked if your tent really has no holes. Anyways how will you attach a filter if it has no holes?
Pulling air outside creating negative pressure is the best practice for your health.
