Rye grain & coir trays, just removed from incubators

Wish I could do without incubating and combine the colonization/fruiting stages as described in Bod's Easy AF Tek, but IME the overnight temperature is prohibitively low.
Didn't want to risk overlay, so took these out after just a few days of incubating, judging them to have progressed sufficiently. The one with less growth appears drier to me than the other. I misted the sides of the tubs they're in, hopefully the humidity reaches at least 70% even without the lids sealed. Let me know if you see anything of concern.

Wasn't asking a question, just soliciting constructive feedback from anyone who might've noticed anything amiss. My guess is the rye spawn wasn't as healthy as it could've been and/or temps were too low. Anyway, I rectified the situation somewhat by adding a gypsum/lime/coir casing and returning to 70F incubator with transparent lid and misting as necessary.

What are the temps without an incubator? Temps just slow things down, they don't change what's growing in the culture.
How did you inoculate the rye? Do you have pics of the culture growing or the grain colonizing?

At the time, overnight temps w/out incubator would fall as low as ~50F. It seemed this was slowing colonization to the point that it risked the mycelium losing ground to any potential bacteria present. I'd already thrown out some spawn jars based on what looked/smelled like probable wet spot, and those I kept had an uncolonized isolated grain or two.
Grain was inoculated with agar -- first time I'd done so, but I definitely see the benefit and plan to use agar from now on. I don't have any photos of the grain colonizing, but here are a couple early photos of 2nd gen culture on plates.

I don't suspect the mycelium I inoculated with, only used wedges with clearly healthy growth. Instead, I think it was a grain prep failure. Oversoaked them and a number of kernels had burst by the end of the boil. Then again, bacteria is more likely to survive being pc'd if the kernels have uncooked/dry portions. Based on some recent reading, one thing I'll try next time is adding a bit of hydrogen peroxide to the grain at inoculation. Harvested ~175g first flush this morning. Will see how things progress, but not at all disappointed with this yield from 2 cups grain given the questionable spawn and this being my first agar grow.

Yeah 50 is a bit on the cold side. Just make sure the incubator is not directly heating any part of the substrate.
To me it looks a bit dry on the surface. What is that substrate and how much spawn/substrate was used?

Originally combined 2 quart jars of spawn (2 cups rye grain equivalent) with just 260g coir and 1300ml (260x5) water, but added more coir to dial in field capacity. About a day or so after pics in OP I added the casing (approx 10 cups coir and 1/2 cup each of gypsum and lime, with water to field capacity).
Yeah, the sub seemed a bit dry so I opted to break it up a fair amount before adding the 3-4" casing layer. Right after casing, I put it in the incubator at ~74F and left it sealed in the dark for a week. When I next checked on it, there was some mycelium visible at one corner, so I covered it up with casing to try and give the rest of the surface time to catch up. A few days later I lowered the incubator to 70F and replaced the lid with a transparent one.
I underestimated the 1st flush by a bit. Picked these about 10 hrs after the initial bunch, and it brings the fresh total to around 210g.

There are a number of primordia still growing...I'm gonna have to do some searching on this forum, curious how to manage flushes.
