Twitter is worth double than he paid for it. Now he can threaten Chinese diplomats with banning their accounts if they don't buy rockets and batteries.

Organisms are basically exploitation machines. It's the exploiters we exploit others with that really give life meaning.

I don't think the financial value of Twitter is very important here, it's worth more than any newspaper or media company for it's political leverage alone. Theres more value here than all the tax implications or stock value let's on.
Also gave him a convenient outlet to dump Tesla stock into another company while Tesla was still massively overvalued. There's a lot at play that is intangible here.

Back in the middle ages the Catholics and Muslims didn't want Jews working regular jobs and stealing the white women. They also thought usury was a sin, so the only work Jewish populations could fall back on was using elementary school mathematics to lend money out because everyone else was too afraid of algebra hell to partake.
Through the miracle of the compound interest, a few of those families today own banks, media companies and law firms and still perform their magic tricks on people who don't know mathematics.

He's probably contractually obligated to stay on Truth Social and not use Twitter, or to prioritize Truth Social over competition.
He's got DWAC stock to dump on everyone upon getting the nomination, and on election night before he loses too. Can't be giving Twitter too much attention.

Running a proxmox server at home with every single OS and accessing it remotely on your phone when you need portability is the only way.

There is no stock. It became privately owned after the purchase finished.

You know how some people are obsessed with Thomas the Tank Engine? That's kind of how Budmanman is for culture war memes.

https://www.npr.org/2022/12/28/1145813075/shiba-inu-doge-meme-kabosu-sick
Quote:
A Shiba Inu who earned global fame for starring in a viral meme is sick with leukemia and liver disease, her owner says.
In a series of Instagram posts this week, Atsuko Sato, a teacher who lives in Japan, said the 17-year-old pooch was in "a very dangerous condition" after being diagnosed with acute cholangiohepatitis, a type of inflammation in the digestive system, and chronic lymphoma leukemia, a blood cancer.
"Right now, the liver level is very bad and jaundice appears," Sato wrote in one caption. "But antibiotics will definitely improve."
The dog, known by the name "Kabosu," had stopped eating and drinking over the weekend but was beginning to get her energy back, Sato said.
Kabosu, a rescue dog, became an internet sensation after social media users began resharing a photo posted to Sato's personal blog in 2010.
Kabosu's smirking face, side eyes and crossed paws were a hit online, often overlaid with comic sans text depicting what might be her inner dialogue. Users began referring to the image as "doge" and a global meme was born.
According to internet lore, the term "doge" first appeared in a 2005 episode of "Homestar Runner," an animated web-based comedy series.
But the misspelled moniker took on another meaning in 2013 with the emergence of a titularly-branded cryptocurrency, Dogecoin.
The currency — which was supposed to be a joke — spiked in value years later when Elon Musk, the richest man on earth at the time, tweeted "Dogecoin is the people's currency" and "no highs, no lows, only Doge." Kabosu's legacy has only continued to grow, transcending internet culture to appear on , ads for the Stockholm subway and the jerseys of professional athletes.
In 2021, the iconic image of Kabosu sold as an NFT for a record $4 million.
On Instagram, Kabosu's owner thanked the dog's fans for the outpouring of support, saying the pair were "getting power from all over the world."
The wildest part of this article is that it's not satire, but if someone from the year 2000 read it they'd think every line was a joke.
