3 days old, born floppy but breathing, and rejected by mom. She's an adorable little bastard though I tell you what.

Happens a lot with multiples. Our dam actually had 3 but 1 was a still born.
This one is only inside until she is strong enough to rough it in the pen with the other goats. Until then she's my sidekick haha. Follows me everywhere

I did not go back to gain the context of this quote, and I don’t want to. I want to leave it as is. Because it’s awesome.

Rotnpins said: That's cool. I was actually thinking of giving germination trays a go to see how I like them (I think that's what you're using).. I picked one up a few days ago... spawn/sub ratio are you using?
I absolutely love growing in high dome germination trays. I use these 13.7" x 10" trays (3 for $25 on Amazon)with 1 quart spawn.

I do anywhere from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on the culture, but 1:3 or 4 for normal cubes and 1:6 For APE seems to be pretty good for me.
If you do 1:5 - 6 the sub comes right to the very top and you can slide a knife over the edge of the tray for harvest.
For the 10x20 tray I use 2 quarts of spawn and everything else the same.

I forget who was asking about green bruising cubensis a few days ago. And I happened to have a culture that's bruises green but wasn't ready. It is now. Harvested, swabbed, printed and tissue cultures taken on my green one tonight/morning. Hard to get the light right. Way better in person. Anyway, it's been green since I germinated it. So won't be too hard to keep the trait. T-5 now. So.. 🤙
