nah , i shouldve they were pristine. not enough time to mess around in the kitchen at the moment. they do smell tangy and the texture is weird, wonder how they turn out cooked. i do it next week when im on holidays and get back to ya.

Plus, they turn green !! I picked some last year and I just threw them away once I got back to the car. :smile:

cooked some milkies up the other night, damn good mushroom too, even my buddy who doesnt eat mushrooms came back for a second serving! whole caps grilled for about 20 mins with butter herbs an garlic with a splash of lemon juice on each cap..
