It is decent fantasy, but not based on factual or historical data. No more mind-blowing than a superman comic.

So just how did this book fill itself with information?
Sounds a lot like somebody trying to associate his own ideas with the mythically superb atlanteans in an attempt to sell a cheeseball book.
Can you sum up the authors basic idea/plan or model of the universe please?
And I'm curious as to your honest opinion regarding the authenticity of the knowledge in the book. Does it seem like insights that could ONLY come from the greatest civilization that ever existed here, or could they be spun by a well-rounded new age thinker today?
Also for you, an excercise in critical thinking. Answer this question: Why is the lost knowledge of ancient civilizations always coming to us as self-help guides and not blueprints for a crystal-powered energy generator that could negate the need for fossil fuels (from my understanding the atlanteans were purported to have technology based entirely on renewable crystal energy).

So just how did this book fill itself with information?
Well, he was gonna commit suicide, then God spoke to him through the television set. Well, who hasn't been in that predicament?
The author tells how he was a reincarnated Atlantean master who was being guided by the forces of the light, etc. In the same breath he tells how we all can attain to these higher spiritual teachings. Of course, if the forces of light wanted us to achieve this state as well, they could just as easily talk to each of us through the television (or in a vision), but noOOOOoooo, you have to BUY his book to learn how to become selfless. Raking in bucks off the lost souls (*coughs* con-man) is selflessness-in-action.
