Cultivating Arbuscular Mycohizzal (Endomycorhizzal) Fungi?

Is it feasible to cultivate this stuff in a timeley or compact manner? I would like to amend my own soil blends with a homemade version of this:

This is the best overview I've seen https://rodaleinstitute.org/science/articles/how-to-inoculate-arbuscular-mycorrhizal-fungi-on-the-farm-part-1/, in which plants are essentially inoculated and the roots are used as propagates into new plant cultures. I hope to learn how to propagate this stuff efficiently to inoculate both soil mixes and seeds prior to planting (like a LC or blended root mix). Also curious what kind of equipment I'd need to confirm I'm generating AMFs in decent quantity. Just looking for leads on research and methods, thanks!
*Quick and Easy Guide from the link above: https://rodaleinstitute.org/science/articles/quick-and-easy-guide-on-farm-production-of-arbuscular-mycorrhizal-fungus-inoculum/

Invitro mycorhizal synthesis, I write of it here.
Most packaged mycorhizal spore mixes are bad.
Pick 4-5 fruit bodies, inoculate some plants with spores, use one or two fruit bodies to isolate pure cultures. inoculate with the plants in petris, eg soak the cuttings in pure culture.

Great, this is exactly the kind of idea I was looking for, something that leverages micropropagation and sterile techniques to accelerate the process.
Do you happen to have a good source for ID'ing common AMFs? Would this require a scope, or are these fruiting bodies large enough to visually ID and clone?

It's easier to work with the mycorhizal sp. that have a big identifiable fruit body. But you could transfer colonized roots even without a fruit body. Root to root.

I dunno if you've seen this but University of West Virginia does a lot with this and has some decent online resources https://invam.wvu.edu/methods/culture-methods/host-plant-choices Hope this helps
