Cobbing, huh? Cant say i've heard of it. Thai(tie) stick i know but, not cobbing. I'm picturing an ancient tribe making it in the traditional method with the tribe folk huddled around the tribe shaman while he operates the vacuum sealer

Well the hardcore guys bury them in a trash can full of soil
I’m good with the modern advantages. I think it’s from tribes in Malawi that wrap it in corn husk and bury them, and then the pressure helps cure it.
People figure out some real weird stuff.
Mush boy there’s some older guys in the Cobbing threads that said they think a lot of brick weed was accidentally cured this way just from how they packaged it back then. They swore the middle of the bricks were usually a different color and smoked better.

Well smoked or chewed but there’s kind of a cult of people who are real into chewing it.
C99 did better than I thought, should be over 5oz. I got nervous about mold and let it hang a little too long so it had to go to jars after 4 days. I’m gonna be bummed if it’s harsh.

Got my pollen and whacked the Sativa laoberry.

So I was gifted some clones. They need to move to 3gallon bags asap.
I have a 2x4 space, i guess i can easily fit 6?
They are in coir, and I will be putting them into more coir.
In terms of nutrients, I have 14-14-28 on hand. even though it's 1:1:2, in those amounts would it be way too strong for post-transplant in its final container?
What would be the nutes you would recommend for this upcoming major veg stage?

^ coolio, thank you.
In terms of that, I had grabbed some of organic nutrient spikes that dissolve with time at in the soil.
I am assuming it's not a good idea for indoor coir. Although if it is, please let me know. What if I just directly crumbled then dissolved it in the water at the right ratios?

How long is the flower period on that?
I remember back in 2002ish purple haze was the only named strain that came up occasionally. It had very little purple on it though, maybe a couple bits of leaf.

Thanks 🙏 for kind words folks It is the first (pure purple calyx) cannabis I’ve had and grown I keep mother’s and clones and it’s quite early at 8-9wk flower time It’s “new” for me yet, I only had two flower runs with it, it is old genetics from G13 labs purchase/ freebie nearly 10yr ago now. It grows huge fox tailing tops so I think it will be a multi harvest with largest taken , then a wk or two and lowers fatten up like we want. I love ❤️ Lady cannabis https://

3 days into week 5, except for the brickweed female,it's just finishing week 2.
The first pick is the brickweed female with a couple colas of white99 seed plant at the bottom

#2 This is from seed found in white99 from the dispensary.

#3 Grown from seed found in dispensary Jillybean. This is one week behind the white99

#4 is a diagonal shot across the garden with the brickweed female in the back, she is looking gorgeous!!!

My grow area is 4x4 with one light consisting of a 600w hps, I had a 250w MH light as well in the first week of flower but it keeps over heating and shutting down so I may have to replace the ballast or something. My Relative Humidity is between 40-50% during flower, I've never had issues in flower at this level, but during veg, I stay around 50-60% RH. Grown in an open room with the sides consisting of mylar sheets on 3 sides white wall on one and nothing on the top or floor, but that will change soon to incude the floor being white or mylar. One regular pedestal stand fan at the opposite end of the room (room size is 10'×15') for circulation, temp under the light varies depending on time of year. The heat of summer it's between 75-80°F under the light during lights on and 68-72 during lights out. Winter, spring and fall, temps average 68-72 lights off and 72-76 lights on. I use only the central heat and air in the house with the pedestal fan, no humidifiers or dehumidifiers.

I apologize for the double post but I couldn't upload my pictures in an edit for some reason. Anyway, this is my outdoor stuff. My lem9n tree in the background is loaded with blooms, it puts off softball sized lemons that are soooo good.

This is a clone from the brickweed female.

Brickweed female clone

Jillybean clone

Brickweed female clone

This is the other survivor after the Squirrels or rats ate it but the tiny growth they left has turned into 4 branches that's looking pretty.

I can’t wait to see that brickweed in a month or so doc.
Man I fucked up so bad. Got really busy the other day and left the Laos hanging. Bone dry in 6 days. Hopefully it’s smokeable and at least I can make hash if not. Plus I have the clone.
C99, Laos looking straight out of high times from the 70s, and the laoberry that looked like a hybrid but easily tripled in height.

I put one of my king colas in a jar but I think I was out of lids, it sat open in the cupboard for like 4 months as decoration. It was still fantastic smoke. I was honestly shocked. I've never just left a bud out in the open air for so long like that but once I sampled it I was reaching for it more than the cured stuff. I think it was the last nug of that strain and somewhat nostalgic, ymmv.

That would be cool. Problem is it’s been 6-8% rh here this week, tje buds were crumbling just from pulling them off the stalk. I’m about to find out in a little bit here. I jarred them up with 62% bovedas so I know they won’t cure but hopefully they’ll smoke ok after a few days.
Hygrometer was saying about 30% in the jar.
