Stand it up vertically and it looks like you can fit a quart jar in front of it.

Definitely not. Unless that's where your cat shits.

Trying out this silicone baggie for sterilizing my "blank" water-bottle water spore/LI syringes. The largest baggie size was still a little too small but its close enough to work:

Should work to protect those syringes while it gets steamed

That looks slick. But if those bolts are stainless and your PC is aluminium it's going to cause corrosion.

Everything corrodes given enough time, those fixings I can change out anytime I want. I’ll just add an o-ring between washers. Stop being a negative Nancy

There's two types of people.
The ones that like their PC shiny and scrub it out every other week and me, who's PC bottom is browner than Satan's asshole.
That stand is awesome though. Can't believe it's even running windows. Mine is way lower, so only about 3/4 of the jar gets steamed, the rest is covered in water. Is that a big nono?

Does that work for you?
I used to have at least the bottom half of my jars in water, but I got sick of boiled sticky grains at the bottom of my jars, and scum from PC water on the outside.
