Damn I hate to hear that man!! I had a problem with that pinkish/purplish crap when I first started,it wiped out many a jar of mine(your doing a casing I know).I read(somewhere here I think)that Bread mold can actually excape from one jar through the holes in the lid and infect the jars nearest it,and so on.Like I said it wiped me out 3 times runnin'.Once it gets ahold it's hard to get rid of. If it were me I wouldn't sleep untill I knew the stuff wasn't coming back,it moves pretty quick,or I would toss it and mark it up as a loss to the red bread mold, but thats just me. Good luck with the battle.

Neurospora
Commonly to occasionally seen on agar and grain. Neurospora is fast growing, sometimes taking only 24 four hours to totally colonize a media filled petri dish. It is ubiquitous in nature, occurring on dung, in soils and on decaying plant matter. Since this fungus grows through cotton stoppers or filter discs, a single contaminated jar, though sealed, can spread spores to adjacent spawn jars within the laboratory. This condition is more likely if the filter discs or cotton plugs are the least bit damp; or if the external humidity is high. Furthermore, Neurospora spores germinate more readily at elevated temperatures. The pink mold seen in mushroom culture is most frequently Neurospora sitophila, a pernicious contaminant that is difficult to eliminate. All infected cultures should be removed as soon as possible from the laboratory and destroyed. A thorough cleaning of the laboratory is absolutely necessary. If contamination persists, remove all spawn and start anew.
^Contamination faq.
I think you would have to toss it... clean up everything. dont inhale it at all. it could be poisonous... which isnt good. Toxins spread so remember that they wouldnt be guranteed safe if you ate them... which is definately not good.
I would quarantine... please update!

Take care with this kind of contamination. Toss the whole thing if it ever comes back.
