That’s a fucked day BPH. Working a kitchen can be stressful enough without all that other stuff. What was on the rags that went up??
Not sure. They were clean and folded in a bin and just went up. Had been washed and folded for hours. Same with the filter in my tent. It was like it got clogged and blew out of the side but I can’t find anything that would have clogged it. I had a lot of slack in the tubbing or whatever you call the duct stuff. So maybe that somehow played a factor? And yes nothing some duct tape and a retightened clamps couldn’t fix. Poor plants tho. They can’t catch a break. Hopefully at least some of them respond well to all this stress. Got to be getting close now. Broke soil on 1/9

nice man. i see more roots in yours than mine. mine are really long but not as many. looks like you score yours alot more? i try to do vertical cuts into the stem now (used to do horizonal cuts only) and i think it makes more roots cutting it that way. its time for me to get mine out. i have some males i want to flower out in solo cups or small pots at least, just enough to make about 2.0ml of pollen. purple moby haze huckmonkey x18
those are the males. i have a big x18 male im getting pollen from so i might just kill the baby clone due to space. my 4x4 is in the last 2 weeks of flower. im stoked. its so dank smelling in there when i open the tent. i harvested some of the wedding cheesecake colas and man under them leaves is some nice looking dense buds. only the very tops are dense. the rest is a little larfy skinny buds. at least there are alot of tops. more tops than ive ever had on one plant probably. these are some of the biggest plants ive grown. i like vegging a little longer now. it pays off i think.

Lotkid, I definitely want me one of those setups, those are beautiful roots.
Here's a pic of a cola at 3wks and 2 or 3 days with a standard bic lighter for size comparison. So far, they are looking phat!!

Edit: @Allium This round I'm using a 600w hps and 250w mh in flower, veg I used 400watt mh x3wks 24/7

Thanx for the kind words fellas.
I dont score my cuts. I just do a diagonal cut along a node. Preferably with another node not too far above it.

And this is all i use in the rez now.
The hormex is the new addition to my rez regiment and i can sure notice a difference.
You can see some phenos are a lil slower on the rooting but the majority are ready for transplant. The few stragglers will be ready in a few days. But still 100% success rate on that batch.
I've done side by side tests with rockwool and the cloner using the same cuts and a cloner just crushes the rockwool for me.

Have you tried RapidStart? That's one I'd recommend in combo with the Clonex solution + gel.

Those don’t even look like roots it looks like some worm infestation. Guess I’ll add that stuff to the list. Lately I’ve been dipping cuts in gel and sticking them right to coir, but at least half have died. Mostly from the landraces especially the Afghan. But then I took 5 off the c99 and all did fine.
The first half of my suspicions about the laoberries is correct, the big one is male. It looks almost identical to the Laos male. Now hopefully the smaller one is female like I thought and not just a different male pheno.

Turns out cutting the top off a plant makes a perfect spot for seedlings

Yeah those roots are crazy. I'd like to see them a week later.
Here are mine as of today. 100% success here too. Aka it's worth making one.
I have not changed the water yet and probably need to, but I'm not sure how long they will be left I there.
I usually take very small cuttings. Like 1.5-2inches. I get them young when trimming my plants or close to flip. I like how big your cuttings are lotkid , I'm try and take bigger cuttings.

So they aren't actually sitting in a solution or slightly above it? I'm not sure how these things work. One paper says 3" above a solution in an oxygen rich environment, is that how you guys are doing it?

The bottom tips of the cuts are not sitting in a solution. They are above the solution. The height above the solution doesnt matter as long as the bottoms of the cuts are getting wet from the spray. You can even make cloners using ultra sonic foggers. But, i like spray nozzles and a pump.

That’s interesting I wonder if it’s a legit hermaphrodite. I’ve seen balls and flowers before but not one pistil coming out a ball shaped calyx or whatever that is.

I have 5 plants the same as this. I’m calling them all hermaphrodites because they’re growing buds as well, but yeah I’ve seen those balls with pistils all over the five.

Ya I've never seen pistols coming out of balls, and I thought herms just switch... I wonder what the seeds from this plant would do...?
