is there a difference in the quality/tyvek content of priority and express envelopes?

Tyvek is tyvek as for as I know.
The stuff I get of const. sites is same as envelopes.
Why?

Yes there is and all you have to do is read to know it. Express mail say in the corner 75% tyvek 25 % recycled paper products. On priorety mail ones in the same place it says made from DuPont Tyvek.
