Moon Journal

Exactly what it sounds like; anyone else keep one of these? Lunar, moon, celestial, astrological journal, etc.

Essentially, you keep tabs on the happenings in your life, on the daily, and take note of the phase of the moon, etc. Here's the outside of mine, because it inspires me to keep my head connected to Infinite Creative Intelligence, as I've labeled it:

Over time, if you're honest and consistent in your entires, you should notice personal patterns appearing in your life, almost like a personal Tarot map.

This has proven nearly invaluable to me and I've only been keeping 12 weeks worth of entries.

Anyone else in on this?

that's a cool book
I don't really like journaling because my inner world is so personal to me that I don't even wanna write it down

Honestly I don't disagree with you because that's exactly how I am.

I found that by journaling anyway, it's "freed up" my mental capacity for new ideas to "come through", if that makes any sense.

This doesn't happen as much with typing words on a keyboard for some reason; I can type very fast, so I feel like writing on a screen is more like channeling for me.

Writing in my journal I think forces a conscious break from "screen consciousness", as we usually live in and experience it now in 2020.

Interesting concept.  But no, no I’ve never tried that.  I feel like I’d get too concerned about the position of the moon and remembering to journal when I do a thing to justify any insight I might gain.  In fact it seems I would simply throw off any rhythm I might have acquired in order to take note of the position of the moon find a pen that works and write what I WAS doing in a journal.  Idk I’d have to hear a high amount of success stories and what not.  If it started trending I’d probably look into it.  Sad but true

Your mindset here precludes any success you'd have with the journal, so yes probably better to wait LOL.

I think this would be a really great thing for me to do, thanks for the idea!!

A relatively simple idea that can yield a TON of invaluable insight for you.

I've got several weeks worth in mine, and I'm already starting to see some correlations.

Checking in on peeps! We're at the tail end of December's full moon effects. My notes have revealed some startling correlations that would have been plain as day had I started keeping a personal journal of this stuff sooner.

TL;DR = start your moon journal ASAP!  :moon:

I have wanted to do this. I wonder sometimes why I have better meditations and experience and other times not, and I believe it is tied to the moon among other things. Waxing and full is more auspicious, but also I think sometimes harder for me to get something started until after.

Nice signature :douchewink: haha

I don’t keep a moon journal but I do keep a log of my personal ritual experience. Incense and kinnickkinnick recipes, phase, intentions ect.

For me just knowing that I always am always more anxious and have a tougher time from 3rd quarter till 1st quarter ..
(I also sense the shift in the populous toward Negativity)
Is enough for me to gain whatever insights I need.
I prefer to go with the flow and take whatever lesson is at hand. Kind of a daoist witch haha.
