terranium idea question

i have been trying to build a terranium with trying to have the most fun with it.I've never even have colonzied cakes yet.I was going to make something like the ultra sonic humidifier terrianium.I'm still unsure if i want to,i've heard good things about perlite,and i have plenty of that.Anyways,i placed a computer fan onto the side of my terranium,using audio cables(like the red and white ones+ a y adapter)and a spare adapter i had for some random thing,i hooked it up to power.So would this be a good way to fan the terranium?Or would it be a better a idea to introduce air into the terranium?
Oh yeah,I'm going to enjoy cultivating so much.I was so let down not haveing a PC.But today,I bought a 15 1/2 quart PC with 7 1quart jars inside for 5$.I might as well have stolen it.i know its off topic,but i'm excited,no endospores for me(most likely). :laugh:

Here is the cool mist that I bought. I didn't buy it from this site but rather off ebay since it was only 18 bucks. I'm a beginner but this is the type I heard was the best: Propeller type

A friend of mine uses a Tropic-Aire Humidifier that he got from petco, he says it works great in a 10 gallon tank with heatpads underneath. Also doubles as a fresh air exchange
