Hopefully there will be a second flush and if so, I'll try more clones and will try them while the fruits are a bit younger and dryer.
They don't look small to me at all (perspective?). Leaving them in the open air for a bit before harvesting might reduce the wetness issue.
I have cloned a Bisporus in the past that had a stem thickness of like 1.5mm or so, with success, since then I'm quite confident I can clone pretty much any standard mushroom, lol. I should probably write out my cloning TEK because it's likely that people are using inefficient techniques by the sound of it. And I don't mean to offend anyone at all, it's just that I hear too many ppl complain about cloning Pans (with stems way thicker than 2mm)

@AKA - I will be sure to be patient with these clone plates.
@Adas - The caps are quite large - many around 3cm across, but the stems are small and hollow. I've gotten really good at cloning pans, but all the pans I have grown have solid stems, weren't as soggy as these, and I could usually find at least a few fruits that had bigger than average stems and use those to take clones from. Starting from the bottom of the stem, I tear the stem in half like string-cheese, then target whatever looks like the thickest, cleanest spot, make two cuts perpendicular to stem direction (to slice through the stringy fibers), then I try to pry that little piece out. Usually there is some amount of stringy fibers still attached so I carefully work to separate it from those until I have my piece. It has worked great but honestly these were the thinnest-walled, mushiest, most empty stems I've ever tried to clone. 100x worse than pans. The stems were literally paper thin - just nothing to grab onto. Fingers crossed I got something. I'm sure I will get a second flush in order to try again, considering how happy that tub looked.
@MycHunt - This was grown on a 1:1:1 blend of coir, manure, and verm. The manure was aged, dried horse. Pasteurized then aged 3-5 days. Grains were either straight rye or 25% rye and 75% millet - I can't remember. Casing layer is 50:50+ with the crushed oyster shells. I think the mushrooms like the crushed oyster shell texture but I think I will go back to skipping them because I keep having nightmares about missing a shell fragment when cleaning the mushrooms and then biting down hard on one while I'm eating them lol.

Thanks mate. Holy fuck, imagine biting down on some shell and then tripping 30 mins later! No thanks! Good shout!

I see, that is the exact technique I use. I guess I've never had stems that were paper thin. Maybe it's the result of increased temperature.

Yeah I never had stems that thin either and I grew these bispos in the same tent/conditions/temps/etc as all the pans I grow. I'll cut one open from the second flush and post a pic of it here. My hope is that since second flushes usually push out larger fruits, I will get thicker stems that are less hollow, and can clone from them.

Also lowering the humidity should help give you some fatties. It does with Cubes so why not here.

These originated from a swab marked as true albino teacher.
I have some doubts about that but we'll see.
Something isn't right with your substrate, I say that because of the large uncolonized areas. As for the variety of cubensis, it looks like what they are labeled as, but lets see if they are leucystic or true Albino when the veils open. True Albino will have hyaline spores without any pigmentation.
Edit: I'm curious if they aren't Avery's Albino that has been renamed by a vendor.
Yes I put this tub into fruiting conditions far too early It has resulted in big clusters of fruits in small areas.
Would that cause what you've described?
Otherwise, the spawn may have been bacterial :\

That's no longer wr unfortunately. I released them a bit too early I'm afraid. Apparently the European vendor that created the cross only had a clone of an early generation (probably first) that they sold in growboxes.
I managed to get my hands on that clone (long story) and only took it one generation further from the original clone. The next generation I grew was pretty similar to the clone so I swabbed the heck out them and distributed them.
Unfortunately, many people grew just reverts from my swabs, some of them beautiful, others very regular looking.

Those look great. As far as "normal" type cubes go, KSSS is my favorite. Easy, fast, always solid canopies, and good potency.

The pf albino was made with UV and was unstable because of that. If that's a more natural mutation it may be more stable, will be interesting to see how it develops. Pretty sure there is a albino teacher that might be a natural albino, ide assume the original tat is UV manipulated but ide really like to know.

I've heard that PF Albino got lost because people kept sharing the culture and refused to go from spores, and eventually senescence kicked in. I might be wrong but that's what I've heard.

TAT is not UV manipulated. Neither is Shakti (Albino Malabar)
